How do I add a partner?
Go to the Partners page and click Browse Businesses. Find the contractor you want to connect with and send them a partnership request. Once they accept, you can start sending each other referrals.
How do I send a referral?
Go to the Referrals page and click Send Referral. Select your partner, enter the customer's name and contact info, and describe the service they need. Your partner gets notified instantly.
Why can't I send a referral to someone?
You can only send referrals to active partners. If you don't see someone in the Send Referral dropdown, you need to connect with them first on the Partners page.
How is the referral fee calculated?
The referral fee is based on the percentage agreed upon in your partnership. When a job is marked complete and the job value is entered, Referly calculates your fee automatically.
Can I change my business information?
Yes — go to Settings to update your business name, contact info, logo, and description at any time.
What if my partner declines a referral?
You'll be notified immediately. You can then send the referral to a different partner in your network, or follow up with the original partner directly.
Is my customer's information kept private?
Yes. Customer data is only visible to you and the partner you're sending the referral to. It's never shared with other businesses or used for any other purpose.
How do payouts work?
Referral fees are currently tracked and recorded automatically. Stripe Connect payouts are coming soon — you'll be notified when they launch.
