How do I add a partner?
Go to the Partners page and click Browse Businesses. Find the contractor you want to connect with and send them a partnership request. Once they accept, you can start sending each other referrals.
How do I send a referral?
Go to the Referrals page and click Send Referral. Select your partner, enter the customer's name and contact info, and describe the service they need. Your partner gets notified instantly.
Why can't I send a referral to someone?
You can only send referrals to active partners. If you don't see someone in the Send Referral dropdown, you need to connect with them first on the Partners page.
How is the referral fee calculated?
You and your partner agree on the fee when you partner up: either a percentage of the job value or a flat amount per referral. When the job is marked complete, Referly calculates the fee automatically from your agreement. The partner paying the fee also covers Referly's 1.5% platform fee and payment processing, so the referrer always receives the full agreed amount. Paying by bank costs less than paying by card, and you'll see both totals before you pay.
Can I change my business information?
Yes — go to Settings to update your business name, contact info, logo, and description at any time.
What if my partner declines a referral?
You'll be notified immediately. You can then send the referral to a different partner in your network, or follow up with the original partner directly.
Is my customer's information kept private?
Yes. Customer data is only visible to you and the partner you're sending the referral to. It's never shared with other businesses or used for any other purpose.
How do payouts work?
Connect Stripe in Settings to receive payouts. When a referred job is marked complete, your partner pays the referral fee through Referly by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Cash App Pay. The money goes straight to your connected Stripe account, and Stripe transfers it to your bank on its standard payout schedule.
