When a referral fee is paid through Referly, the business paying it covers Referly's 1.5% platform fee plus payment processing, so the referrer always receives the full agreed amount. Paying by bank costs less than paying by card, and both totals are shown before you pay. Nothing is charged unless a referral fee is actually paid. On a $500 referral fee, Referly's platform fee is $7.50.

Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. You can sign up and use the free tier forever without a credit card. The 7-day Pro trial also doesn't require a credit card upfront — you'll only be asked for payment info if you decide to continue after the trial.
What happens when my free trial ends?
You'll receive reminder emails at day 5 and day 7 of your trial. When the trial ends, you'll be prompted to enter payment info to continue on Pro. If you don't upgrade, your account will revert to the free tier with its limits.
What is the 1.5% platform fee?
When a referral fee is paid through Referly, the business paying it covers Referly's 1.5% platform fee plus payment processing, on top of the agreed fee. The referrer receives the full agreed amount. Bank payments (ACH) cost less to process than cards, and you'll see both totals before you pay. If you track referral fees but don't pay them through Referly, no platform fee applies.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your Pro or Agency subscription at any time from your billing settings. You'll retain access through the end of your current billing period.
What branding do agencies get?
Approved agencies get a multi-client dashboard to add and manage client accounts, and can set their brand name, logo, and colors. Showing your agency's branding throughout your clients' experience is rolling out with our partner agencies now. Referral fee payments always run through Referly's secure Stripe integration.
How does the Agency revenue share work?
For each client account you bring onto the platform, you earn a percentage of their monthly subscription back to your agency. Specific revenue share terms are discussed during the agency onboarding process.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Pro at any time. Upgrading to Agency requires an application and approval. Downgrading from Pro to Free will apply the free tier limits at the start of your next billing cycle.
