Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. You can sign up and use the free tier forever without a credit card. The 7-day Pro trial also doesn't require a credit card upfront — you'll only be asked for payment info if you decide to continue after the trial.
What happens when my free trial ends?
You'll receive reminder emails at day 5 and day 7 of your trial. When the trial ends, you'll be prompted to enter payment info to continue on Pro. If you don't upgrade, your account will revert to the free tier with its limits.
What is the 1.5% transaction fee?
When a referral fee is paid out through Referly's Stripe Connect integration, Referly takes 1.5% of the payout amount as a platform fee. This only applies when money actually moves between accounts. If you're tracking referral fees but not processing payouts through Referly, no transaction fee applies.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your Pro or Agency subscription at any time from your billing settings. You'll retain access through the end of your current billing period.
What does 'white label' mean for the Agency plan?
White label means your clients see your agency's branding — your name, your logo — throughout the platform. They don't see Referly. You're presenting it as your own product. We handle the infrastructure; you own the client relationship.
How does the Agency revenue share work?
For each client account you bring onto the platform, you earn a percentage of their monthly subscription back to your agency. Specific revenue share terms are discussed during the agency onboarding process.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Pro at any time. Upgrading to Agency requires an application and approval. Downgrading from Pro to Free will apply the free tier limits at the start of your next billing cycle.
